Karen: "Antwerp had long been a special city for me. I studied here and met the love of my life. Now, many years later, I love the fact that we were able to fulfil our dream together and open a hotel right in the centre of this beautiful city. As a true 'people person', it is so nice to meet guests from all over the world, and be able to give them a warm welcome."

Tom: "I was born on Nationalestraat, a few houses away. My parents had a textile shop here. So I know this neighbourhood like the back of my hand. Together with Karen, we keep discovering new things in this vibrant city. We also enjoy showing our guests the way to all the beautiful hidden gems, to culture, to fashion, to restaurants and cosy bars, because after all, that's the best part of our job!"
